The heart of a community

Our Challenge
Edifice was tasked to take care of the design, build and certification of a 30m long, 1.8m wide pedestrian bridge within the Tamakuku Terrace Residential Development. Making the heart of a community a place they can enjoy.

Our Solution
This structure is made up of 3 glulam spans, all prefabricated in our manufacturing plant and taken to site. Once they were on site, bad weather made it a challenge to get the foundations in, but our team worked hard to ensure a timely completion. The finished structure is a functional and aesthetic addition to the central lake area of the new subdivision.
